• Deliver skilled therapy treatments under PT supervision
• Implement individualized care plans
• Track and document patient progress
• Work collaboratively with nursing and rehab teams

Requirements

• Active California PTA license
• SNF experience preferred
• Strong communication & documentation skills
• Ready to start immediately
