Physical Therapist Assistant ( PTA )

 Minden Medical Center is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant to support patient care through rehabilitation services that help individuals regain functional independence. You’ll work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to carry out established plans of care and support safe progress toward mobility and comfort goals.Key responsibilities include:- Deliver therapeutic exercise and therapeutic modalities as outlined in the plan of care- Support pain management and functional training, including assistive devices and wheelchair mobility- Complete accurate treatment documentation in the EMR/EHR- Follow infection control, HIPAA compliance, and safety protocolsRequired qualifications/skills:- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program; passed licensure exam- Current, valid Louisiana PTA license; BLS Certification required- Basic computer skills; therapy services knowledge- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to company locations- Must pass required drug screen, physical, and background screeningApply today to bring your skills to a team focused on safe, high-quality rehabilitation.Your BenefitsWe offer Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, plus Life Insurance.
