We are centrally located in downtown Monterey just 2 blocks up from the Fisherman’s Wharf and Dennis the Menace Park. Our convenient location allows us to take advantage of the adjacent Lake El Estero parkway to utilize for sports and athletic training.  We provide a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere in which patient care is always our first priority. We are open 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) to accommodate te various needs and schedules of our patients. RRPT specializes in orthopedic, manual, and sports physical therapy.

We currently seek an exceptional State Board Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in an Outpatient setting in this beautiful seaside town.

This position is open to full or part-time applicants. The hours needed are totally flexible - your schedule can be arranged to fit your lifestyle!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Take direction from the Registered Physical Therapist.
  • Under physician’s orders, treat patients to relieve pain, develop or restore function, and maintain an optimal performance using such physical means as heat, water, electricity, light, massage, etc.
  • Aid and direct patients in active and passive exercises, muscle re-education, gait and functional training, activities of daily living and prosthetic training.
