As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll work alongside licensed Physical Therapists to deliver high -quality, individualized care that restores function, improves quality of life, and supports patients throughout every stage of recovery. In this role, you'll make a meaningful impact while contributing to department operations, quality improvement initiatives, and a team committed to exceptional patient outcomes.<\/span>

What You'll Do<\/span>
<\/p>

  • Provide physical therapy treatments and therapeutic modalities under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Help patients improve mobility, strength, function, and independence following injury, illness, or disability<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Educate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, helping them achieve their highest level of function<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate, delegate, and support the work of Physical Therapy Technicians<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation, treatment records, and charge entry<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Participate in departmental operations, performance improvement, and quality improvement initiatives<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Support department goals through efficient, cost -conscious practices<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Ensure compliance with infection prevention, safety protocols, equipment training, and regulatory requirements<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Collaborate with therapists and interdisciplinary care teams to provide exceptional patient -centered care<\/span>

    What We Are Looking For<\/span>

    Qualifications<\/span>
    <\/p>

    • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Current State Physical Therapist Assistant license<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Current BLS (CPR) certification<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • 3+ years of Physical Therapist Assistant experience preferred<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Strong communication, teamwork, and patient -centered care skills<\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>

      • Outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation with post -operative care<\/span>

      • Adult rehabilitation featuring orthopedic, neurological, oncology, lymphedema, and pelvic health services<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Pediatric rehabilitation in multidisciplinary and aquatic therapy settings<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Sports medicine and orthopedic rehabilitation with access to aquatic therapy and fitness facilities<\/span>
