PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)Pine Creek Rehab | Salt Lake City UTFlexible PRN Schedule | Therapist-Owned CompanyMeaningful Work - On Your ScheduleIndependence Rehab is seeking a compassionate PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support our therapy team at Pine Creek Rehab, a community-based nursing home in West Salt Lake City.We need approximately 10 hours of patient care each week. You can split that up by working a couple of hours each weekday, or a couple of longer hours during the week.In skilled nursing, small progress creates life-changing impact.
