We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a skilled nursing facility in Lake Worth, FL. This role is ideal for a PTA who is comfortable working in a SNF setting and focused on helping patients improve mobility, strength, and independence.

Key Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
Assist residents in improving mobility, balance, and functional independence
Implement individualized treatment plans
Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with facility and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Active PTA license in the state of Florida (REQUIRED)
Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) (REQUIRED)
Strong understanding of geriatric rehab and functional mobility training
Experience with Medicare and SNF documentation standards
Strong communication and teamwork skills
