We are hiring qualified PTs ($70-$75/hr) and PTAs, to join our team in a to work in assigned Skilled Nursing facilities in assigned SNF.
PTA Responsibilities:
Under the direction and supervision of PT you will help patients who are recovering from injuries and illnesses to regain movement and manage pain
Establish treatment goals and milestones with patients
Document and store treatment plans and progress reports
Update patient progress to relevant parties
Assist with discharge assessment, patient/family education
Qualifications:
CA license
CPR/BLS
