Overview:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support rehabilitative services in a skilled nursing setting. This role focuses on assisting with treatment delivery to help patients regain mobility and functional independence.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Physical Therapist with implementation of treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training
Observe and report patient progress or concerns
Maintain accurate treatment documentation
Collaborate with therapy and nursing staff
Requirements:
Active California PTA license
SNF or post-acute experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
