Responsibilities
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises to support rehabilitation goals
Monitor and document patient progress during treatment sessions
Prepare and maintain physical therapy equipment for daily use
Educate patients on exercise techniques and safety precautions
Collaborate with physical therapists and team members within a small team setting
Ensure compliance with safety standards and treatment protocols
Support treatment plans by demonstrating exercises and providing guidance
Travel frequently to provide off-site patient care services
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience working as a physical therapy assistant
