Responsibilities

• Provide patient-focused physical therapy assistant services under supervision.

• Monitor patient progress and document outcomes in electronic records.

• Participate in regular performance reviews and seek continuous professional development.

• Demonstrate ethical practice and adhere to applicable PT assistant guidelines.

• Assist in developing and updating individualized treatment plans.

• Educate patients and families on exercises, precautions, and home programs.

• Collaborate with therapists to adjust treatments based on measurements and targets.

• Assist in administrative tasks to ensure high workflow visibility and target alignment.

• Maintain equipment and ensure a safe, compliant treatment environment.

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and contribute to pipeline-based planning.

• Support on-site patient scheduling to optimize patient flow and throughput.

Experience/Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with current state license.

• Provide patient-focused PT services under licensed supervision.

• Demonstrate ethical practice and adherence to PT assistant guidelines.

• Document patient progress in electronic health records accurately.

• Assist in developing and updating individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with supervising therapists to adjust plans based on metrics.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and performance reviews.

• Educate patients and families on exercises and home programs.

• Maintain equipment and ensure a safe, compliant treatment environment.

• On-site scheduling support to optimize patient flow and throughput.

• Identify efficiency improvements and contribute to pipeline-based planning.
