Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide restorative and rehabilitative physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. The PTA will collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to help patients maximize independence, mobility, safety, and overall functional abilities.

Administer physical therapy treatment programs established by the Physical Therapist
Assist with obtaining vital signs, range of motion measurements, strength testing, and other clinical data
Coordinate with rehabilitation team members to implement individualized treatment plans
Schedule therapy treatments, clinical visits, and related services as needed
Deliver and document physical therapy interventions in accordance with established care plans
Provide active and passive exercises, muscle re-education, gait training, and functional mobility interventions
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and functional restoration goals
Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to the supervising Physical Therapist
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Active Physical Therapist Assistant License or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state
Knowledge and experience treating adult and geriatric patients with complex medical needs
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
1-2 years of Physical Therapist Assistant experience
Experience in outpatient rehabilitation, acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, or skilled nursing settings
Experience treating adult and geriatric populations
Experience working with medically complex patients
Experience with adult and/or geriatric patient populations
Pediatric-only experience will not be considered
