    Role Description The Physical Therapist Assistant at All Into Therapy supports licensed Physical Therapists in providing therapeutic interventions to members in an on-site clinical setting in Tempe, AZ. Day-to-day responsibilities include carrying out prescribed treatment plans, assisting with exercises and mobility training, monitoring member progress, and documenting treatment activities accurately. The role involves educating members and families on home exercise programs, safety, and proper use of equipment, while collaborating with other therapy disciplines to ensure coordinated care. The Physical Therapist Assistant helps maintain a safe, supportive environment, prepares therapy spaces and equipment, and communicates changes in member status to supervising therapists.

    Qualifications

    • Demonstrated skills in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation aligned with treatment plans developed by licensed Physical Therapists.
    • \n
    • Ability to deliver Quality Patient Care with a strong focus on safety, functional improvement, and member-centered goals.
    • \n
    • Active or eligible state license/certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Arizona.
    • \n
    • Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
    • \n
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with members, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
    • \n
    • Ability to follow clinical protocols, manage time efficiently, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
    • \n
    • Basic computer skills for electronic health records; prior experience in pediatric or family-centered settings is a plus.
