• Flexible schedules – Work when it fits your lifestyle (evenings/weekends available)

• Straightforward Pay – $20 per completed follow up visit

Options:

• Part Time (less than 30 hours per week)
• Full Time (30-40 hours per week)
• Weekdays, weekends, and evenings available 

Qualifications:

• Active /pending Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Indiana (or eligible) 
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (or upcoming graduate)
