Responsibilities:
• Assist physical therapists in delivering patient care by implementing treatment plans and therapeutic exercises. • Monitor and document patient progress and communicate changes to the physical therapist. • Provide patient education regarding exercises and activities to enhance recovery and prevent injury. • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and sanitized following safety protocols. • Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. • Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a healthcare team. • Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
