We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to provide rehabilitation services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Responsibilities:
Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic exercises and activities as directed.
Assist patients with mobility, transfers, gait training, and functional activities.
Monitor patient response and report changes to the Physical Therapist.
Educate patients on prescribed exercises and safe mobility techniques.
Maintain a safe and supportive treatment environment.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Active PTA license as required by state regulations.
Current BLS certification preferred.
Previous clinical or healthcare experience preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques.

Ability to follow treatment plans accurately.
