Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist
Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based assessments and treatments to a variety of patient groups within our Healthcare & Medical Services division.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their needs.
- Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans tailored to individual goals.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment processes and recovery strategies.
- Document patient progress accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Valid physical therapy license.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Experience in diverse clinical settings is preferred.
