Physical Therapist

We are seeking a passionate and driven lead Physical Therapist to join our dedicated outpatient team in a full-time capacity in Lakeway, TX! This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment where clinical growth is supported and encouraged. You’ll provide personalized, one-on-one care to patients ranging from adults to geriatrics, with a focus on orthopedics, balance and vestibular rehabilitation, and neurological conditions.

  • Base Salary: Up to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Monthly productivity bonus opportunities based on patient volume

Work Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no weekends)
  • One-on-one patient care model — sessions typically range from 40 to 60 minutes
  • Steady and manageable caseload in a structured environment that values both patient outcomes and therapist satisfaction

Patient Population & Clinical Focus:

You’ll work with a diverse and engaging patient base, primarily composed of adults and older adults. Our clinical care model centers around:

  • Orthopedic rehabilitation
  • Neurological conditions (e.g., post-stroke, Parkinson’s, MS)
  • Balance and vestibular disorders
  • Dry needling (if certified or interested in pursuing certification)

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a clear and active Physical Therapy license in the state of Texas
  • Ideally, 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience
  • Demonstrated strength in communication, collaboration, and patient education
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, individualized care in a team-oriented practice
