HumCap is partnering with a client to identify a Physical Therapist to support the recovery, readiness, and long-term performance of U.S. Air Force aircrew. This role focuses on return-to-fly rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance readiness through evidence-based physical therapy services. The Physical Therapist will conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and integrate therapy services within a broader human performance framework to support mission demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based physical therapy services tailored to aircrew needs
  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
  • Support return-to-fly rehabilitation, injury prevention, and recovery care
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary Human Performance team to deliver integrated care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
  • Contribute to curriculum development, research initiatives, and process improvement efforts
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in collegiate or professional sports, tactical, aerospace, or other high-performance man–machine environments
    • Athletic Training experience may be considered only if dual-credentialed as both DPT and AT
  • Current CPR and AED certification
  • Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one (T3 background investigation required)
  • U.S. citizenship required to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
