Title: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Baltimore, MD
Pay Rate: $50 - $60 / hour

As a K-12 school-based Physical Therapist in Baltimore, MD, your days will include:

• Evaluate students to assess mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional motor skills.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that support IEP goals.

• Provide direct physical therapy services to improve student mobility and participation in educational activities.

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

• Recommend adaptive equipment, positioning strategies, and accessibility modifications.

• Maintain accurate documentation, monitor student progress, and participate in IEP meetings.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations.

Job Details

• Position: Contract (option to renew) in a school setting

• Hours: Full-time (Monday - Friday)

• Caseload: Elementary, Middle, and High School options

Successful Candidates Possess

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

• Active or pending Maryland Physical Therapy license, or the ability to obtain one

• Experience in a pediatric or school-based setting (preferred)

• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

• New graduates are welcome to apply
