Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Current and valid Vermont Physical Therapist license

• Current CPR certification

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting preferred

• Strong knowledge of medical practices, procedures, and long-term care regulations

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Computer proficiency

• A genuine passion for working with the senior and geriatric population
