We focus on high-quality patient care, strong clinical support, and a collaborative team environment. **Job Description** **Capstone Physical Therapy** is currently seeking a full-time **Physical Therapist** to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed provider to join a well-established clinic dedicated to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care. + Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions + Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings + Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education + Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records + Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care + Participate in continuing education and skill development **Qualifications** + Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (DPT/MPT) + Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT/MPT) in the State of Washington (or eligible for licensure) + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care + Motivated to pursue continuing education and professional development + Specialty certification preferred but not required **Additional Information** **What we offer:** + Competitive Salary & Incentive Bonus Pay + Health Insurance + Retirement Plan + Generous Continuing Education Allowance + Paid APTA Membership + Paid Time Off + Mentorship & Support + In-house Trainings & Specialty Growth Opportunities **Capstone** offers specialty programs in orthopedics, sports rehab, pelvic health, geriatrics, vestibular therapy, TMJ, and work injury rehabilitation.
