We are in search of a dedicated, passionate, and experienced Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate patients' physical conditions, diagnosing their functional problems by observing their physical abilities and analyzing their medical histories.
2. Develop personalized treatment plans that outline the treatment strategy, purpose, and anticipated outcome.
3. Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to improve patients' mobility, relieve their pain, and prevent or limit their physical disabilities.
4. Educate patients and their families about their conditions and teach appropriate physical therapy techniques for home use.
5. Monitor and document patients' progress, modifying treatment plans as needed and required.
6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and advancements in physical therapy.
8. Provide specialized care for patients dealing with fall risk issues and balance problems, employing strategies to improve their stability and reduce their risk of falling.

Qualifications:

1. A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
2. Current Florida state license to practice physical therapy.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
4. Excellent knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
5. Strong understanding of the principles and practices of physical therapy, including the use of equipment and devices.
6. Proven ability to work with patients of all ages and health conditions.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex medical information in a clear and understandable manner.
8. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
9. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
10. Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
