In this clinician-owned practice, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life for older adults. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and document outcomes.
