You will be responsible for the coordination of clinical care across the disciplines and health care providers. Minimum 3 years of physical therapy clinical experience in a home care position2. Minimum on 2 years of management/leadership experience preferred.Education: 1. Bachelor's degree in allied health field required, master's degree preferred.2. 3-5 years recent clinical experience in an allied health profession or home care required.3. Management/Supervisory experience preferred.Licensures/Certifications: 1. Licensed in Commonwealth of PA in clinical profession required, PA Physical Therapist License2.
