Job Title: Outpatient Physical Therapist (Full-Time)

Required Skills:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or on track to graduate
- Licensed (or license-eligible) in Texas
- Passion for patient-centered care and building long-term relationships
- Ability to evaluate, treat, and develop individualized care plans
- Strong collaborative skills to work alongside a rehab team and engaged leadership
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Prior outpatient therapy experience is a plus but not required
- New clinicians encouraged to apply and build confidence in a supportive environment
Other Requirements:
- Valid Texas license or license eligibility
- Ability to work flexible scheduling options
- Commitment to ongoing professional development through CEUs and tuition reimbursement
