Physical Therapist Clinic Director

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our new outpatient physical therapy clinic in Casa Grande, AZ! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to grow professionally, enjoy a balanced lifestyle, and work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: Up to $95,000 per year (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Full-Time Opportunity - 40 hours per week
  • Patient Load: See approximately 12 patients per day
  • Patient Populations: Treat a diverse range of patients, including those with orthopedic, vestibular, and balance conditions, as well as adult and geriatric patients.
  • Outpatient Focus: Provide 100% outpatient care with 1:1 patient interactions in 40-minute sessions.
  • EMR Systems: Utilize Prompt or WebPT Electronic Medical Records for efficient documentation (laptop provided).
  • Autonomy & Team Collaboration: Enjoy the autonomy to work independently while being part of a supportive and growing team.
  • Documentation Support: Laptop provided for easy and efficient documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Licensure: A clear and active Arizona Physical Therapy (PT) license is required.
  • Skills & Experience: Previous experience with orthopedic, vestibular, and balance patients is a plus, but not required.
  • Independent & Collaborative: Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Compassionate Care: A strong commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
