WV Physical Therapy is opening our second location in Somersworth, and we're looking for an experienced PT who wants to continue treating patients while helping lead and develop a clinical team.
This isn't a role where you'll leave patient care behind. You'll treat, mentor clinicians, help build the team, improve systems, and have meaningful ownership over what happens inside your clinic.
What you'll do
Treat patients in a 1:1 model
Lead, coach and develop the clinical team
Help onboard and mentor PTs
Maintain high clinical standards
Give feedback and handle difficult conversations when needed
Help solve difficult clinical cases
Improve clinical and operational systems
Help grow the Somersworth clinic
What we're looking for
Licensed/eligible Physical Therapist
At least 2 years of outpatient experience
Strong clinician who enjoys helping other PTs improve
Someone who sees problems and wants to help solve them
Leadership experience is valuable, but not required
