About Pursue Physical Therapy & Wellness Center
Pursue Physical Therapy & Wellness Center is a private practice outpatient clinic
founded in 2016, located within Neurosurgical Care, providing patients with convenient access to coordinated rehabilitation services. Our team consists of highly experienced physical therapists with advanced training in orthopedic, musculoskeletal, vestibular, and concussion rehabilitation.
Working closely with the physician and medical staff at Neurosurgical Care, including Dr. Kuznits, our therapists collaborate to develop comprehensive treatment plans and optimize patient outcomes. Our philosophy is simple: every patient deserves individualized attention, compassionate care, and the highest quality rehabilitation services.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions to develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and neuromuscular rehabilitation techniques
- Collaborate with neurosurgical care teams to coordinate post-operative and rehabilitative patient care
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility standards
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements:- Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and patient-centered care skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced clinical setting
- CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain prior to start
