Experienced Physical Therapist With Outpatient experience

*This will be at the Outpatient Satellite Rehabilitation Services at 14 Maple Street Gilford, NH 03249

Monday/Thursday 10a-630p

T/W/Fri 830-5

Must have New Hampshire or Compact PT license or willing to obtain temp license.

Just require that they have some experience in outpatient, can work pretty independently and are typically quick to pick up on learning a new Electronic Medical Record so we can get them oriented and going quick. We have a new Total Joint Surgeon coming in October and I need someone comfortable seeing post op patients.

Verifies and reviews all provider orders and applies all pertinent medical information including lab values, vital signs, etc. routinely. Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of the profound and prolonged impact of chronic illness. Considers the individuals' age, physical, emotional, social, economic, cultural and vocational status. Understands the challenges an acute care episode has on a patient and family member. Demonstrates clinical competence in the administration of formal standardized tests, scales, and tools.
