Assignment Length: 13-Week Contract
Schedule: MondayFriday | 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to provide exceptional rehabilitative care to patients in the assigned coverage area. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and help improve mobility, strength, pain management, and overall functional independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, and mobility interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and organizational policies.
• Travel within the assigned coverage area (ZIP Codes 19064 and 19018) to provide patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist License.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing a patient caseload.
• Reliable transportation for travel within the assigned coverage area.

Required Certifications

• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist (PT) License
• BLS Certification (AHA preferred)
