Physical Therapist (Outpatient)

The Physical Therapist provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment for outpatient patients, depending on the service area could include neuro, ortho and sports medicine, etc. The therapist meets productivity standards and satisfactorily completes and maintains all required documentation.
The Physical Therapist assumes a dynamic leadership role on the interdisciplinary patient care teams. This individual identifies patient care needs, develops a plan of care and goals in collaboration with the patient, provides a wide variety of treatment techniques within the scope of practice, provides education and support to patients/families, and facilitates continuing care planning.
The therapist participates in staff management, cost management, and professional practice activities. The therapist is responsible for demonstrating excellent customer service and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the department.
Essential Duties & Functions
Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
