Submit your application for the opportunity below Physical Therapist Job Summary and Qualifications Proficient in physical therapy treatment. Evaluates and provides therapy to individuals with impairments in ambulation stair climbing transfers bed mobility balance joint range of motion strength coordination and endurance level. Understand and can adjust treatment plans according to the motor development stages. Possess the ability to coordinate physician therapist patient and family goals into an appropriate plan of care. Able to educate patient and family about disease process precautions limitations or sensations related to the patients condition either verbally written or both. Demonstrates the ability to efficiently treat patients and document appropriately and effectively. Ensures provision of quality patient care for patient population served including evaluation treatment and discharge planning.

Your role will include Evaluating patient abilities and developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team Delivering evidence-based interventions that restore movement reduce pain and enhance quality of life Monitoring progress refining therapy plans and ensuring accurate timely documentation of outcomes Educating patients and families on exercise programs adaptive techniques and safe practices that promote independence Collaborating across disciplines to ensure cohesive patient-centered care and smooth transitions throughout recovery Leading by example-mentoring therapy assistants or students while upholding HCA Healthcares values of excellence compassion and integrity.

What qualifications you will need Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date LPT Licensed Physical Therapist Bachelors Degree or Doctorate Degree or Masters Degree Experience in post-acute and acute preferred.
