We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team located just 3 hours east of Denver, CO. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a well-established facility offering a dynamic work environment with a strong emphasis on patient care and professional development.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patients to determine physical therapy needs and goals
• Develop personalized treatment plans and exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs
• Administer therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall physical function
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, recovery techniques, and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress notes

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Colorado
• Strong clinical skills in musculoskeletal, neurological, or orthopedic rehabilitation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Passion for helping others and providing high-quality care

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in outpatient and/or inpatient rehabilitation settings
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
