Concierge Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinics (Two Locations)
Full-Time Position
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our concierge-style outpatient physical therapy practice with two clinic locations. This role is designed for clinicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality, one-on-one care in a structured yet autonomous clinical environment.
At a Glance
Position: Physical Therapist (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience and skillset) plus production bonus
Bonus Structure: $25 per treatment visit beyond a 32-visits-per-week threshold
Schedule:
- Monday & Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Wednesday & Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Initial schedule provided; increased flexibility available after onboarding
Caseload: Minimum 32 visits per week (36 budgeted to account for cancellations)
Care Model: One-on-one patient care only; no techs or aides
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years licensed Physical Therapist experience; outpatient orthopedic experience required
Locations: Two clinic locations (one opening per site)

Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of one-on-one patient visits, averaging 32+ visits per week
- Conduct initial Discovery Visits (30–45 minutes), comprehensive Head-to-Toe Assessments (90 minutes), and follow-up Treatment Visits (~52 minutes)
- Apply the PF5 Method within a structured clinical framework while maintaining clinical autonomy
- Collaborate with front desk and administrative staff who manage scheduling and patient coordination
- Build strong patient relationships and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance clinic culture
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation
Preferred
- Experience in concierge-style physical therapy practice
- Background in customer service or sales-related roles

Compensation & Benefits

Schedule & Flexibility
Initial schedule:
- Monday & Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Wednesday & Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
After onboarding, clinicians may qualify for Schedule Flex, allowing limited adjustment of appointment times with advance notice while maintaining clinic core hours (10:00 AM–4:00 PM) for coordinated patient care and support coverage.
