HPRC Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our Medical & Health Resources – Orthotics & Prosthetics clinic in Columbus, GA.

This clinic treats complex and non-complex neurologic diagnoses, general orthopedic conditions, and patients undergoing prosthetic rehabilitation, working alongside a dedicated on-site orthotist and prosthetist. Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive outpatient evaluations, reviewing patient medical history and identifying needs through movement analysis and clinical judgment
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and measurable outcomes
• Deliver hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and equipment-based treatment to improve mobility and manage pain
• Treat complex and non-complex neurologic diagnoses, general orthopedic conditions, and patients using prosthetic devices
• Collaborate with occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, and on-site orthotics/prosthetics specialists to support patient outcomes
• Document progress and educate patients and families throughout the recovery process

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT), or eligible for licensure in Georgia
• Experience or interest in outpatient neurologic and orthopedic physical therapy
• Open to both new graduates and experienced clinicians
• CPR and First Aid Certification required
