Active Oklahoma PT License
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (position covers two locations)
Ability to participate in every-other weekend on-call rotation
Duties: Inpatient and outpatient (primarily outpatient)
Contract length: 13-week assignment
Schedule: M-F, 8a – 5p (on-call every other weekend)
Locations:
Hugo, OK: Mon/Wed/Fri (12-15 patients/day)
Antlers, OK: Tues/Thurs (10-12 patients/day)
