Physical Therapist (Home Health)

Location: Eufaula & Dothan, AL Worksite: Fully On‑Site (Patient Homes) Type: Contract Weekly Guarantee: 40 hours 

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide high‑quality patient care across the Eufaula and Dothan, Alabama regions. This role supports home‑based therapy services, requiring strong clinical skills, independence, and the ability to travel between patient visits.

Schedule & Travel

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Weekend Work: Occasional

• Mileage: Reimbursed between visits (from first patient to last)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services to patients in their homes

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic interventions to support mobility, function, and recovery

• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams as needed

• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license

• Current CPR certification

• Active Alabama or Multistate Physical Therapy license

• Associate degree or higher in Physical Therapy

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous home health experience
