    Description

    Position: Physical Therapist

    Salary Range: $42-$50 per hour

    Responsibilities:

    - Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans

    - Administer treatments such as exercises, stretches, massage, and other therapeutic techniques to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and range of motion

    - Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for performing exercises and managing their condition

    - Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

    - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care for patients

    - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

    - Adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines in the field of physical therapy

    - Continuously stay updated on new techniques and advancements in the field of physical therapy to provide the best possible care for patients

    Requirements:

    - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

    - State licensure as a Physical Therapist

    - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist

    - Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    - Strong time-management and organizational skills

    - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed

    - CPR certification

    - Knowledge of electronic medical records systems
