    Role Description This full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role is based in Frederick, MD. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients with orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support recovery and functional improvement. Day-to-day responsibilities include administering therapeutic exercises and modalities, documenting progress, educating patients and families on home exercise programs, and collaborating with physicians and other clinicians to coordinate comprehensive care. The role also involves monitoring patient outcomes, adjusting plans of care as needed, and contributing to a positive, patient-centered clinical environment.

    Qualifications

    • \n
    • Clinical expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans.
    • \n
    • Strong Patient Care and Home Care skills, including patient education on self-management and safe home exercise programs.
    • \n
    • Foundational knowledge of Medicine relevant to orthopaedics, musculoskeletal conditions, and therapeutic interventions.
    • \n
    • Active state license as a Physical Therapist (or eligibility for licensure in Maryland).
    • \n
    • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
    • \n
    • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to inclusive, respectful, and compassionate care.
    • \n
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and manage a varied caseload in a fast-paced clinical setting.
    • \n
    • Prior experience in orthopaedic or outpatient settings is preferred but not required.
