Within our office we treat a variety of musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions and the incoming Physical Therapist will work alongside our diverse team to help our patients with their health and wellness goals.

Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with a musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions
- Provide evidence-based orthopedic and sports therapy services
- Support sports performance enhancement and injury prevention programs
- Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans to support recovery and long-term wellness
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions to ensure optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, wellness strategies, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and practice standards
Qualifications:- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Current Virginia Physical Therapist license
- Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, neurological, or sports therapy preferred
Salary:- $90k-$150k with productivity bonus potential
