Campbell's Premier Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist License Applicant (PTLA) to join our growing team in Campbell, California. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced clinicians and new graduates looking to develop their skills in a supportive, collaborative outpatient orthopedic setting.
As a private PT-owned outpatient clinic centrally located in Campbell, we provide individualized care to a diverse patient population ranging from young athletes to geriatric patients. Our therapists work closely with orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine physicians, pain management specialists, and primary care providers throughout the South Bay Area to achieve the best possible outcomes for our patients.
A Certified Clinical Instructor is available on-site to provide mentorship and supervision for PTLA hours, making this an ideal opportunity for recent graduates entering the profession.
Position Summary
The Physical Therapist/PTLA will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions while developing individualized treatment plans designed to restore function, reduce pain, improve mobility, and enhance quality of life. The clinician will work within a collaborative team environment focused on evidence-based practice and exceptional patient care.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings.
- Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions and treatment techniques.
- Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care.
- Participate in clinic meetings, continuing education opportunities, and professional development activities.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable state regulations, professional standards, and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
Required
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in the State of California.
- PTLA candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare team.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centered care.
Preferred
- Interest or experience in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine.
- Manual therapy training or desire to pursue advanced manual therapy education.
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
