• Active Missouri Physical Therapist license.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Experience with PT evaluations, treatment planning, and direct therapy services.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities, gait training, mobility support, and functional rehabilitation.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Behavioral health, rehabilitation, long -term care, or hospital experience preferred.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Ability to complete orientation and meet facility credentialing/security requirements.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>

Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>
<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Perform initial PT evaluations and assessments.
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Develop treatment plans to reduce pain, improve function, and restore mobility.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Provide PT using modalities, exercise, mobilization, gait training, and assistive devices.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Support posture, strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, and daily function.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Monitor and document consumer progress, recommendations, and treatment outcomes.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Provide consumer, family, and staff education as requested.<\/span>

• Attend required orientation prior to beginning services.<\/span>
