Role Description This full-time Physical Therapist role is a hybrid position based in Greer, SC, with a combination of on-site care and some work-from-home tasks such as documentation and care coordination. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence. Daily activities include conducting assessments, providing hands-on therapy, educating patients and caregivers, and coordinating services with other healthcare professionals. The role involves monitoring progress, updating care plans, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and participating in interdisciplinary meetings. The Physical Therapist will also support safe transitions between clinic, home, and community settings, ensuring continuity of care.\n

- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in South Carolina.
