FOX Rehabilitation seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based geriatric rehabilitation within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this clinician-owned practice, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, design and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to older adults across varied settings. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document outcomes, and educate patients and caregivers to maximize function, safety, and quality of life.
