Responsibilities
Evaluates, plans, and implements physical therapy treatment programs to patients/clients with a wide range of diagnoses and disabilities in a home care environment. Provides optimal patient rehabilitation and ensures quality of care.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate from a Physical Therapist program
Licensure, Registration, Certification:
BLS
Alabama Physical Therapy License
Active Unrestricted Class D U.S. driver's license
Desired Qualifications:
Doctor of physical therapy
Considerable knowledge of staff therapist functions
Licensure, Registration, Certification:
Alabama Physical Therapy license with clinical specialty
