Shift offered: Regular visit - Full time (5 days/week)

1-on-1 care only; no Group Therapy sessions!

Territory: Central King County ( Downtown and West Seattle)

Job qualifications:

• An active PT license in WA State
• A reliable car with current insurance coverage and a current driver's license
• Experience working in a Medicare certified Home Health agency
• Organized and self-starting to manage caseload/scheduling independently.
