Physical Therapist - Home Health

Pride Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our client's home health team in Calico Rock, AR. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the potential for extension, offering an excellent opportunity to gain experience with a leading healthcare organization.

Job Title: Physical Therapist - Home Health

Location: Calico Rock, AR [Coverage Areas: 50-mile radius surrounding Calico Rock]

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Duration: 6+ Months

Local Pay: $50.00 - $56.00/hour (W-2)

Travel Pay Package: Up to $2,700/week gross (includes weekly non-taxable stipend) *

• Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Weekly Hour Guarantee: 32-40 hours

On-Call/Weekend Requirement: No

Mileage Reimbursement: Yes (from first patient to last patient)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform PT evaluations for home health patients.
• Conduct PT reassessments to monitor patient progress.
• Complete PT Start of Care (SOC) visits for new home health admissions.
• Provide PT treatment visits as needed.
• Deliver physical therapy services in a home health setting.

Required Qualification/Certification

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of assignment
• Home Health experience required
• Willingness to travel within the assigned coverage area
• CPR Certification
