Physical Therapist, Home Health

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care that will help change patient's lives for the better at the comfort of their homes. 

The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats residents, under orders from a physician, through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures designed to restore loss of muscle strength, coordination and body alignment, to relieve pain and to improve movement and function.

Position Requirements:• Must have a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.• Must be able to do field work• Excellent planning, organization, and presentation skills• Ability to think and work independently and with direction and communicate with staff members in afast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Physical Therapy program.• Has a current license as a Physical Therapist• Home care experience preferred.• CPR certification
