Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist is responsible for therapeutic treatment modalities that maximize functional independence of resident/patient.

Requirements: BS or MS Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school required. PhD required for new grads. Prior physical therapy experience preferred.New York State license to practice physical therapy required. Health Care Provider BLS required within 90 days of hire and current CPR certification required.
