    What You'll Do

    • Provide high-quality Physical Therapy services in natural environments (home, childcare, etc.).
    • Utilize coaching strategies to empower parents and caregivers in supporting their child''s development.
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of educators and therapists to create holistic support plans.
    • Maintain accurate documentation for Medicaid and IEP/IFSP compliance.

    Qualifications

    • Early Childhood Expertise: Deep knowledge of infant and toddler development is essential.
    • Relationship-Driven: Excellent communication skills with a focus on coaching families and collaborating with colleagues.
    • Team Player: A desire to work within a strong, collaborative team culture.

    Requirements

    • Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
    • Licensure: Must be a Registered Physical Therapist with a current license to practice in the State of Wisconsin.
    • Credentials: Must possess (or be eligible for) a National Provider Identifier (NPI) and be a Wisconsin Medicaid provider.
    • Mobility: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record for travel to home visits.
